This brewery was a great find! The beer is delicious and the building itself is super cool. This is one of those local breweries you should take the time to drop by and try.

Come here all the time for good beers and good vibes. Staff always friendly and helpful. Always have specials for Buffalo sporting events. The best place to watch an F1 race in Buffalo. They stay open and open early for the races. Dog friendly, group friendly, good merch, and active in the community. They don't serve food (other than small snacks) but you can bring your own and there is usually food from other vendors in the same building. Buffalo brewery that does everything right!

Had a great time at Briar Brothers Brewing Company! Their sour beers are excellent, definitely a highlight. We also tried the Detroit and Chicago-style pizza from the new spot, and both were delicious. Great drinks, great food, great atmosphere!

A perfect pairing of thirst quenching beer and delicious pizza! Our favorite spot for a cold one and pizza! (sorry no beer photo)

The vibe at BriarBrothers is out of this world. It’s the coolest mix of the past and today. The beer was tasty! The bartender offered us samples first which really helped. Love the patio. This is a prime example of repurposing an old building. I so appreciate that they left little nuggets all over that honor the building’s history. Five big stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
